• Job Description

  We are hiring a Finance Manager / Senior Manager to lead the finance function and ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.
  
  Job Responsibilities: -
  • Lead the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities, including month-end and year-end closing, reporting, and statutory audits.
  • Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including taxation (SST, WHT, corporate tax), audit, and regulatory filings.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Oversee cash flow, treasury, and working capital management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support business growth by providing strategic financial input on projects and investments.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
