Keep abreast of rules and regulations of Bursa LR, Securities Commission, Bank Negara, and other statutory requirements.13. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, statutory bodies, bankers, company secretary, and lawyers on audit/tax/banking/legal matters.14.
