  • Job Description

    ・Participate in the entire process of site selection, design, construction, and delivery of new mining farms in the U.S.
    ・Handle inspection, installation, debugging, and development/optimization of operations & maintenance SOPs for mining machines.
    ・Liaise with U.S. EPC firms, power companies, hosting clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with power and legal requirements.
    ・Build remote monitoring and data acquisition systems, and generate:
    ・Operational KPIs
    ・Fault analysis reports
    ・Cost-reduction & efficiency-improvement plans
    ・Frequently travel to the U.S., coordinating global supply chains and reporting to headquarters.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Over 2 years of experience in:
    - Data centers / server clusters
    - Mining farm operations & maintenance
    - Blockchain infrastructure
    ・Familiar with:
    - Linux, networking equipment
    - Monitoring platforms (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus)
    - Scripting with Python or Shell
    ・Willing to frequently travel to the U.S.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Electronics, Automation, Energy, or related fields.
    ・Hands-on experience launching a 10MW+ mining farm
    ・Familiarity with mining machine brands like Bitmain, WhatsMiner, Avalon
    ・Knowledge of:
    - Primary/secondary electrical systems
    - HVAC systems (e.g., AHU, water curtain, immersion cooling)
    ・Possess U.S. driver’s license
    ・Possess contacts in EPC/power sectors
