Lead Project Execution (Core Responsibility) • Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, including planning, coordination, execution, and closure • Manage system integration projects involving multiple vendors and stakeholders • Plan and execute infrastructure deployment and migration projects, including: - Website and application environments (e.g., WordPress, CMS) - Email systems and Microsoft 365 migration • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations4. Operations, Support & Internal IT • Act as Level 2 / Level 3 escalation point for ITO clients, handling complex incidents and root cause analysis • Provide post-sales support and troubleshoot issues across network and system layers • Maintain and support internal IT infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and performance of company systems • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver IT helpdesk support (primarily Windows environments) • Continuously improve system stability and reduce recurring incidents5. Drive R&D and Technical Improvement • Conduct R&D and POC on new and existing technologies (network, cloud, security, infrastructure) • Evaluate solutions for real-world deployment and business applicability • Contribute to improving internal standards, solution frameworks, and best practices6.
