• Leading the Project Management Department (PMO) to manage and implement project smoothly in a cost-effective manner and ensure the project timeline is met with all the deliverables are compiled to the contract requirements.• Require going through and evaluate current SOP and prepare new Project Management Processor for the department if it is required.• Required to conduct site survey and able to negotiate with subcontractors to get the best price performance solutions for company if it is required.• Required to read and understand the project contract and able to work according to the terms and conditions of the contract.• Required to access certain authorities for approval and able to prepare and produce project documentation.• Required to attend project meetings and prepare progress reports as well as presentation.• Manage and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure implementation is successful.• Find ways and means to improve the efficiency and productivity of PMO.• Others work related to project implementation and execution.• To perform other work as instructed by superior if it is required by the company.
