  • Job Description

    ・Project Planning & Preparation
    ・Responsible for planning and construction of digital currency mining farms from scratch, or renovation and upgrade of existing mining farms.
    ・Develop technical requirements, arrange contractor work, and ensure implementation of technical specifications.
    ・Construction Implementation & Coordination
    ・Lead mining farm infrastructure construction, personally participate in and supervise the construction process to ensure construction quality meets standards.
    ・Responsible for selection, installation guidance, and commissioning of mining farms and related equipment (such as transformers, cables, PDUs, fans, water curtains, etc.), ensuring proper equipment operation.
    ・Safety & Compliance Management
    ・Ensure mining farm construction and operations are legal and compliant, establish safety management systems, and safeguard asset and data security.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Over 5 years of digital currency mining farm construction experience, with complete project experience from 0 to 1.
    ・Familiar with establishing construction budgets and timelines, covering equipment procurement, site leasing, staffing costs, etc.
    ・Familiar with mining farm construction including electrical and water system installation, as well as water/electrical/network installation for warehouses or container-based systems.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Construction Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
    ・Priority given to candidates with extensive practical engineering experience.
    ・Familiar with mainstream digital currency mining technology and equipment.
    ・Proficient in mining farm infrastructure construction.
    ・Strong hands-on ability, capable of personally operating equipment installation and commissioning.
    ・Familiar with relevant software tools (such as CAD drawing, project management software, etc.), with strong learning ability and innovation mindset.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Able to independently solve on-site technical problems, optimize construction processes, and improve work efficiency.
    ・Good professional ethics and dedication, able to work under pressure, adaptable to business trips or on-site work.
