  3. Demonstrated experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management.
  4. Knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment.
  5. Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  1. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  2. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly methods, machining, fabrication, and automation.
  3. Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
  6. Proficiency in technical software and other engineering tools.
  7. Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO standards is an added advantage.
  8. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in manufacturing operations.
  9. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive process improvements and optimization.
  10. Ability to work and accomplish given task within tight dateline.
