Sales & Business Development- Develop new customer accounts in PCB, semiconductor substrate, OSAT, IDM, and EMS sectors- Identify new business opportunities, new projects, and new customers- Drive RFQ / quotation activities, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiation- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and margin objectives2. Customer & Project Management- Act as the primary point of contact for customers on commercial and technical matters- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, quality, production, supply chain) to support NPI, mass production, and issue resolution- Support customer audits, business reviews, and regular account meetings- Understand customer roadmaps and proactively propose PCB / substrate solutions3.
