Team Leadership & Development- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve targets and grow professionally.- Conduct performance reviews and identify development needs within the team.- Foster a high-performance culture driven by accountability and customer focus.3. Market Intelligence & Product Development- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform product improvements and strategic direction.- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.4. Business Development & Client Relationship Management- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including architects, consultants, and developers.- Ensure regular presentations and engagement with these stakeholders to promote KCC Paint products and services.- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.6. Reporting & Analysis- Provide timely and accurate reports and sales forecasts to senior management.- Track performance metrics and use data to inform regional strategies and decisions.7. Customer Experience- Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure service excellence.- Implement and uphold company standards for customer satisfaction across the region.8. Market Expansion & Project Sourcing- Continuously scan the market to identify and source new project opportunities.- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects and strategic leads.9. Other Responsibilities- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
