The R&D department operates as a collaborative R&D team involved in hands-on product development from concept to commercialization. This role provides exposure to a structured R&D environment with clear project ownership, allowing you to work on real products and see your formulations move into production and customer use.Key Responsibilities- Design, formulate, and improve liquid chemical products such as industrial detergents, cutting fluids/lubricants, slurries, and polishing compounds to meet performance requirements.- Plan and conduct laboratory experiments, testing, and performance evaluations.- Source, evaluate, and trial raw materials for assigned development projects.- Prepare technical documentation including SDS, GHS labels, and product-related records (training provided).- Work closely with Production and QA teams to support product transfer, scale-up, and qualification activities.- Maintain and update R&D documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
