The role supports continuous operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, calibrating, and improving sensors, analyzers, PLC/SCADA systems, and process-monitoring devices throughout the compounding, extrusion, , drying, curing, effluent-treatment, water-treatment, and utilities areas.The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within latex, rubber, polymer, or chemical processing industries, and possesses strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities.Key Responsibilities1. Instrumentation Maintenance & Troubleshooting- Perform routine inspection, calibration, tuning, and preventive maintenance of all instrumentation devices, including:- Level, flow, pressure, temperature, and pH sensors- Load cells, viscosity meters, thermocouples, RTDs- Dosing-pump controllers, flow meters, and pressure transmitters- Process analyzers in compounding, acid baths, water-bath monitoring, drying ovens, and curing ovens- Diagnose failures and ensure timely corrective actions to minimize downtime in production lines.2.
