The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality control and R & D of the products. He will be responsible for on-going development of new systems according to the requirements of our customers and be based at our factory at Port Klang.• Reports to the Technical Assistant Manager / Factory Manager.• Responsible for the quality control and assurance of the Company’s products.• Responsible for maintaining the Quality System related to the Technical Department.• Plans and implements Quality Improvement Projects.• Determines, reports, and recommends corrective actions for the root causes of quality deficiencies and non-conformances.• Designs new formulations and systems.• Provides technical advice on quality matters and supports customers with product usage applications when required.• Tests customers’ finished products as and when required.• Coordinates with the Production Department regarding product requirements and troubleshooting.• Develops suitable quality procedures to minimize rejects.• Troubleshoots customer complaints.• Maintains awareness of the Quality Policy, Objectives, Risks, and their respective controls.

About the roleWe are seeking a skilled Supervisor - Water Treatment System to join our team at Batu Kawan Hi Tech Park, Penang and Kulim Hi Tech Park. This is a full-time position that requires at least 5 years of relevant experience in the water and waste engineering industry.What you'll be doing- Operate and maintain water treatment systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of water treatment equipment and infrastructure- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on water treatment systems, including pumps, filters, and membranes, EDI, DI columns other components- Collect and analyze water samples to monitor water quality and identify any issues- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all system operations and maintenance activities- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and upgrades to the water treatment system- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols
