We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Automation Engineer to play a pivotal role in the design, commissioning, and optimization of our new production plant. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into a fully functional, world-class automated manufacturing operation.This is a rare opportunity to be a foundational member of the team that will design and bring this cutting-edge, highly automated facility to life. 1. System Design & Implementation:• Design, develop, and optimize custom PLC/HMI programs (Siemens platform preferred) to maximize manufacturing efficiency and reliability.• Architect and build real-time production dashboards for comprehensive performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making.• Develop and implement predictive maintenance systems to proactively reduce downtime.2. Plant Commissioning & Operational Readiness:• Lead and execute on-site commissioning, system integration, and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) of automated processes.• Develop and finalize all system documentation, including SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance manuals.• Train and mentor cross-functional teams (production, maintenance) on the operation and maintenance of new automated systems.

1. Calibration of Electrical and Temperature Equipment:- Perform routine and non-routine calibration of various electrical, electronic, and temperature instruments both in the laboratory and on-site, following established procedures and calibration standards.- Document calibration results and issue calibration certificates as needed.- Be an approved Local Accreditation Body signatory for Electrical and Temperature fields of calibration in the laboratory and on-site.2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on test equipment. Diagnose and resolve malfunctions or deviations in measurement results, taking appropriate action to repair or adjust devices as required.3. Documentation and Record-Keeping:- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calibration activities, including test results, equipment history, and any adjustments or repairs made. Ensure documentation is compliant with quality management systems such as MS/ ISO 17025.4. Process Improvement:- Review current calibration methods and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. - Assist with the development and revision of calibration procedures and work instructions.- Expand laboratory work scope for Electrical and Temperature calibration.5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:- Ensure all calibration activities adhere to relevant regulatory and accrediting body requirements. - Participate in internal and external audits and assist with corrective actions as necessary.6.
