Estimation and Cost Analysis• Develop accurate cost estimates for electrical systems and M&E projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.• Perform quantity take-offs based on project drawings and technical specifications.• Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitiveness and reliability.• Conduct feasibility and cost-risk analyses for new tenders.Tendering and Proposal Preparation• Prepare and submit quotations, tender documents, and technical proposals.• Attend tender briefings, perform site surveys, and gather site-specific data.• Coordinate and contribute to technical clarifications and presentations for clients.Technical Support and Documentation• Provide technical input and clarification throughout the tendering and execution stages.• Assist in preparing procurement strategies and tender documentation.• Maintain accurate records of cost estimates, tender submissions, and pricing data.Project Coordination and Collaboration• Work closely with project managers and operations teams to ensure alignment with cost and scope.• Participate in internal coordination meetings to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.• Monitor and support cost control during project execution.Vendor and Subcontractor Management• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.• Ensure that selected partners meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations.Customer and Internal Stakeholder Engagement• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support business development efforts, especially within non-Japanese sectors.• Verify sales contents, quotations, and PO values to ensure alignment with estimates and client expectations.• Support in CIDB reporting and other compliance-related documentation.

- AL - Starting (1st 2 years) - 8 days (Flexible) + 4 days (Fixed-CNY-2 Days Extra; Hari Raya-1 Day Extra & Deepavali-1 Day Extra), progressively increased over the years with Maximum of 20 days (Flexible) (from 8, 12, 16 till max 20) + 4 days (Fixed).

Production & R&D:- To manage and supervise production, design, research, and compile documentation including technical drawings, work related files for the vaporizer division.- To assist in the research and development exercise to obtain detailed operation characteristics of all models of vaporizers with the objective of further improving the adopted current assembling procedures. - Undertake design and development of new products for the company and any assignment pertaining to company products or project such as troubleshooting product defects and taking corrective actions.Technical Support:- Be involved in local service and support whenever needed by agents or consumers. - To make a complete reporting system from appointed people on the services provided, the procedure of spare parts replacement or change.Quality Standards:- Organize and arrange a third-party inspection on product testing and certification.- Promote ISO 9001, other relevant quality, product standard and certification maintained by Company.- Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.Authority:- Leave Approval, Overtime Planning & Approval
