The Automation Engineer (Process Automation) is responsible for leading and managing automation projects from inception to completion. This role combines technical expertise with project management skills to deliver innovative automation solutions that meet company needs and enhance operational efficiency.• Lead and manage automation projects from planning to execution• Design, develop, and implement automation and robotic solutions for manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield, and quality.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.• Communicate with authorize vendors on the user needs and company’s requirement.• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.• Allocate resources and manage project budgets.• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.• Implement automation solutions and integrate with existing systems.• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.• Conduct project evaluations and generate performance reports.• Follow up and coordinate formalities involving other departments such as procurement parts list etc post project implementation\• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Industry 4.0 initiatives
