System Design & Implementation:• Design, develop, and optimize custom PLC/HMI programs (Siemens platform preferred) to maximize manufacturing efficiency and reliability.• Architect and build real-time production dashboards for comprehensive performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making.• Develop and implement predictive maintenance systems to proactively reduce downtime.2. Plant Commissioning & Operational Readiness:• Lead and execute on-site commissioning, system integration, and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) of automated processes.• Develop and finalize all system documentation, including SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance manuals.• Train and mentor cross-functional teams (production, maintenance) on the operation and maintenance of new automated systems.
