- Analyze production issue, troubleshooting & implementation of preventive issue. Monitoring effectiveness of action.- Conduct manufacturing process studies, production performance & workflow analysis.- Address necessary process improvement with cost effective way to improve production throughput including designing automated & maintaining production tools without compromising product quality.- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.- Support capital investment projects, including equipment selection and commissioning.- Driving process automation: Evaluate & implement of automation/digitalization solution to enhance throughput, consistency & worker safety.

- Supervise CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication processes to meet production targets.- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines (lasers, CNC, bending, Clinching, etc.).- Ensure proper machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.- Optimize material usage and reduce waste in sheet metal fabrication.- Conduct inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micro meters, gauges) to verify parts meet specifications.- Lead and train CNC operators and sheet metal workers on safe and efficient machine operation.- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure production goals are met.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards.- Minimize scrap and rework by maintaining high standards of quality- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.- Implement and maintain process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. - Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to resolve production issues.- Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and company policies.- Maintain proper handling and storage of tools, materials, and hazardous substances. - Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to prevent breakdowns. - Ensure all processes comply with ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 quality standards. - Ensure personal compliance with the PPE requirements of the assigned process.- Arrange, coordinate, and execute the production plan from planning team. - To perform any other related duties as and when required by superior and management.

- Lead and manage NPI projects from concept through production readiness.- Work with design, quality, production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability and seamless product launch.- Interpret and review technical drawings, BOMs and customer specifications.- Support DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and provide feedback to design teams for sheet metal components and assemblies.- Develop and maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and report status to stakeholders.- Coordinate prototyping, testing, and validation of new products.- Define and document work instructions, routing sheets, and process flow for new products.- Support the transition from prototype to production, including tooling, fixtures, and machine setup.- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the NPI process.- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.- Maintain close communication with customers and internal teams to manage change requests and feedback.- Support cost estimation and quoting activities for new projects.
