  • Job Description

    • Responsible for managing all import and export business and process planning of the factory.
    • Responsible for local team management and capability improvement.
    • Responsible for communication and handling of customs affairs.
    • Support for other customs-related work (LMW, A1, A2, A3, M1, M2, Certificate of Origin)
    • Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.
    • Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of team members.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics and transportation plans with overall business objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirements>
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in customs operations, import/export compliance, or logistics.
    • Familiarity with HS codes, Incoterms, and trade compliance systems.

    <Advantageous>
    • Skills: Strong knowledge of local and international customs regulations.
    • Excellent communication skills for working with internal departments, freight forwarders, and government agencies.
    • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
