Process Improvement:- Review current calibration methods and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. - Assist with the development and revision of calibration procedures and work instructions.- Expand laboratory work scope for Electrical and Temperature calibration.5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:- Ensure all calibration activities adhere to relevant regulatory and accrediting body requirements. - Participate in internal and external audits and assist with corrective actions as necessary.6. Equipment Management:- Track the status, location, and calibration schedules of equipment. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for the acquisition and replacement of instruments.7. Training and Support:- Provide training to technicians and other staff on calibration techniques, safety procedures, and proper equipment handling. Serve as a subject matter expert for internal departments and external clients.8. Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:- Follow all safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment. Identify and report potential hazards, and participate in safety training programs.9.
