• Job Description

  - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, electrical installations, equipment and factory facilities according to the maintenance schedule.
  - Monitor and maintain the factory's electrical systems, including lighting, power supply, wiring, switches, sockets and distribution boards.
  - Carry out basic electrical wiring, installation, testing and repair works in accordance with safety requirements and applicable regulations.
  - Perform general building and facility maintenance, including plumbing, water supply, drainage, lighting, doors and other building-related facilities.
  - Attend to maintenance requests and breakdowns from various departments and ensure timely rectification.
  - Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety procedures, electrical safety standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
  - Coordinate and supervise external contractors or service providers for specialised repair, servicing and maintenance works when required.
  - Maintain proper records of preventive maintenance, repair activities, equipment servicing, breakdown reports and spare parts usage.
  - Monitor spare parts inventory and prepare requisitions to ensure sufficient maintenance materials and tools are available.
  - Ensure all maintenance tools, equipment and spare parts are properly stored and maintained in good working condition.
  - Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices in assigned work areas.
  - Support factory renovation, installation, relocation and improvement projects involving machinery, electrical systems and building facilities.
  - Perform other maintenance and facility-related duties as assigned by the superior.
