- Carry out production, service, repair, installation, inspection of customer’s supplied product & equipment- Liaise with customer or contractor on the installation requirements - Inform Superior of additional requirements from customers.- Carry out receipt and inspection of customer supplied products and equipment- Ensure tasks are assigned met the acceptance criteria as per technical manual and customers’ requirements.- Assist in preparing the design, drawing and documentation for customer’s technical requirement- Responsible for equipment ownership while in handling and usage of inspection, measuring and test equipment- Commissioning of equipment after installations.- Identify and record quality issues related to products and services.- Prepare service report after completed the assigned task- Work closely with contractor & sub-contractor as and when required by the customer project- To perform other ad-hoc task as and when required by the Service Manager

【POSITION SUMMARY】 "Field engineers who adjust and maintain automated warehouse system software in Malaysia and overseas.Possible candidate for future software manager in Malaysia.Site adjustment work and adjustment support for equipment" 【SCOPE OF WORK】 Malaysia domestic adjustment and after-sales service- Diploma in Engineering- Software site adjustment work and adjustment support for automated warehouse systems at customer sites.(factories and distribution centers)- After-sales service and support.- Preventive Maintenance Inspection (Using customer wise Checklist)- Corrective measures (troubleshooting, on-site visits when replacing software, post-replacement testing, etc.)- Support when visiting vendors in case of IT equipment failure. Overseas adjustments and after-sales service (Not so soon)- Software site adjustment work and adjustment support for automated warehouse systems at customer sites.(factories and distribution centers)- After-sales service and support.- Preventive Maintenance Inspection (Using customer wise Checklist)- Corrective measures (troubleshooting, on-site visits when replacing software, post-replacement testing, etc.)" - May have response time requirement and after-office work hours, depending on customers' contract.

- Supervise CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication processes to meet production targets.- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines (lasers, CNC, bending, Clinching, etc.).- Ensure proper machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.- Optimize material usage and reduce waste in sheet metal fabrication.- Conduct inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micro meters, gauges) to verify parts meet specifications.- Lead and train CNC operators and sheet metal workers on safe and efficient machine operation.- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure production goals are met.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards.- Minimize scrap and rework by maintaining high standards of quality- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.- Implement and maintain process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. - Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to resolve production issues.- Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and company policies.- Maintain proper handling and storage of tools, materials, and hazardous substances. - Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to prevent breakdowns. - Ensure all processes comply with ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 quality standards. - Ensure personal compliance with the PPE requirements of the assigned process.- Arrange, coordinate, and execute the production plan from planning team. - To perform any other related duties as and when required by superior and management.
