Through proactive communication and strong technical relationship building, you will identify emerging client requirements, recommend machine upgrades or component overhauls, and initiate potential service sales leads. Request necessary replacement parts and ensure unused or faulty spare parts are promptly returned within designated timeframes.• Regional Travel: Travel within Malaysia (typically less than once a month, ranging from a few days up to one week per trip, such as periodic monthly visits or specialized assignments at central facilities) when required.
