Team Management- Oversee production staffs attendance records and enforce disciplinary measures as per company policy when necessary.- Lead and manage the Quality Control (QC) department, ensuring all inspection, testing, and reporting activities are performed accurately and on time, in alignment with project specifications, regulatory standards, and internal quality policies.- Recruit, Lead and motivate the production team to achieve output targets while maintaining high morale and discipline.- Resolve departmental staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved.- Responsible for overseeing subordinates to ensure they fulfill their assigned responsibilities and achieve expected performance standards.- Conduct performance evaluations, training, and development for production staffs. 7.
