• 工作内容

  ‐ Responsible for the daily store operations and supervising a team of retail associates to ensure smooth operation.
  ‐ Ensuring visual merchandising and housekeeping are kept to company standard.
  ‐ Maintaining a high standard of personal and team members grooming & appropriate conduct.
  ‐ Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
  ‐ Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationship, keeping customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
  ‐ Manage inventory and company assets, recommending to the Country Manager orders of inventory.
  ‐ Plan monthly team roster, OT claims/reporting & etc
  ‐ Working closely with Country Manager on sales activity and be part of Leica Camera events.
  ‐ Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
  ‐ Proactively give suggestions to drive store traffic and activities.
  ‐ Other duties as assigned
