As our first senior sales hire in Malaysia, you’ll be the face of the company to hospitals, clinics, and pharma, shaping how we grow in one of our most important markets. You’ll play a central role in building our presence in this market: listening closely to healthcare leaders, shaping how our solutions meet local needs, and ensuring every deal contributes to better outcomes for doctors and patients.• Act as the first senior sales lead in Malaysia, leveraging your existing healthcare network to open doors with hospitals, clinics, and pharma.• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, owning the full cycle from prospecting and pitching through contracting, negotiations, and closing against ambitious targets.• Actively hunt for new opportunities through outbound hustle while also qualifying and converting inbound leads.• Serve as a thought partner to healthcare leaders, helping them reimagine workflows and transform patient care through AI and automation.• Design creative go-to-market plays tailored to Malaysian healthcare, combining relationship-building with data-driven prospecting.• Partner with product and delivery teams to share market insights and refine product–market fit, ensuring smooth handovers post-contract.• Represent the company at industry events and forums, building visibility and positioning us as a trusted voice in digital health.• Travel across Malaysia (~20%) to meet clients and grow our footprint in key regions like Penang and Johor.

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Senior Executive, Legal to join our dynamic team. This role supports the Group’s legal and compliance functions, including contract management, internal audits, regulatory monitoring, and cross border collaboration across our Asia Oceania operations.- Review, vet and occasionally draft commercial agreements and legal documents.- Conduct legal audits to ensure contracts and internal processes comply with company policies and relevant laws.- Monitor local and overseas regulatory developments that may impact the Group's operations.- Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications and compliance risks.- Assist in developing, reviewing and updating internal legal policies, SOPs, and contract templates, including creating new legal templates where necessary and incorporating relevant changes.- Perform legal research and analysis to support decision making.- Collaborate with internal teams (Regional Accountants and Compliance) and external stakeholders to ensure legal support is integrated into business operations.- Support legal governance and control initiatives across the region.- To undertake other related jobs as requested by the Management from time to time

To participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, possessing the ability to deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, design specifications, and user guides.2.
