  Job responsibilities
  - Assess client property needs and provide suitable recommendations.
  - Introduce and propose suitable residential properties based on client needs.
  - Communicate and negotiate with property owners in English regarding availability, terms, and conditions.
  - Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, primarily through referrals.
  - Handle contract renewals, updates, and ongoing follow-ups with existing clients.
  - Maintain accurate client and property records to support sales and service processes.
