Strategic planners are the key people inside the advertising agency as they are responsible for the formulation of policies and strategies for the clients. Strat Planner is crucial to develop strategies and plans from basic ideas including converting threats into opportunities through their out-of-the-box thinking. They work directly with Client Servicing as well as the Creative in the development of concepts for brands and formulate the best execution with the right planned resources. International and regional industry knowledge and exposure are important to ensure position holder able to give valuable insights through deep knowledge and logical analysis. RESPONSIBILITY: Job duties of strategic planner includes but not limited to:✓ Gather, organize, filter and store data for effective proposal and presentations.✓ Keep a track record of what is going on in the industry, monitor competitive trends, suggest changes in plans to management and zero in on market opportunities.✓ Predict or rather through careful analysis, suggest ways as how business threats can be eliminated.✓ Improve internal business plans by doing proper market analysis and understanding of the outer market.✓ Strategic and creative proposals and plans for client’s product development.✓ An active listener that seeks clarification for understanding; and provides thoughtful responses✓ Participate in brain-storming sessions and contribute ideas through sei-katsu-sha insights✓ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations✓ Maintain a professional demeanor as representative of the vision, values and mission of the concept✓ Able to clearly convey ideas via written communications that exhibit a high level of competency and sophistication✓ Able to vary writing style as appropriate to the target audience✓ Present numerical data and metrics to convey results as well as interpret complex written information

■ JOB SUMMARY・Manage and strengthen distributor relationships to ensure alignment with commercial strategies and performance targets.・Monitor distributor performance, compliance, and governance, addressing gaps and risks proactively.・Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance) to resolve operational and commercial issues.・Support distributor onboarding, capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives.・Provide insights and recommendations to optimize distributor effectiveness and market coverage.・Business reporting.■ KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES・Manage and monitor distributor performance to achieve sales, profitability, and market coverage targets through regular reviews and governance forums.・Prepare, consolidate, validate, and analyze distributor and business performance data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of KPIs and dashboards.・Develop insights and actionable recommendations from data analysis to support business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.・Ensure distributor compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.・Oversee distributor financial health, including credit, claims, and working capital, in coordination with Finance teams.・Act as the primary liaison for distributor-related operational and commercial issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.・Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management team, Supply Chain, Finance, and Compliance to drive aligned execution and continuous improvement.・Support distributor onboarding, capability development, and performance improvement initiatives to strengthen long-term partnerships.

This is not a signal copying or indicator tuning role we want people who design, test, break, and rebuild their own strategies from first principlesRole OverviewYou will research, design, backtest, and iterate original crypto trading strategies across spot, perpetuals, and derivatives. You will work closely with engineering and trading to convert ideas into production ready systems.Key Responsibilities- Design original crypto trading strategies (momentum, mean reversion, market structure, volatility, funding, microstructure, etc.)- Build and maintain backtesting pipelines using historical crypto data (tick, OHLCV, funding, order book if available)- Perform rigorous statistical evaluation (drawdowns, regime behavior, robustness, overfitting checks)- Iterate strategies based on failure analy sis, not curve fitting- Research and engineer custom features/factors beyond standard indicators- Document strategy logic, assumptions, and failure modes clearly- Collaborate with engineers to move research into live trading systems
