Job Description
- Oversee financial data analysis and operational reporting to support management decision-making.
- Prepare and review monthly management reports, financial performance analysis, and operational cost reports.
- Monitor revenue trends, operational expenses, profitability performance, and key financial KPIs across branches and business units.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify financial anomalies, cost leakages, and operational efficiency issues.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial departments, and branch teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and management accounting functions.
- Drive financial reporting enhancement, report automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform reconciliation and validation of large volumes of operational and financial data from multiple systems.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and operational performance.
- Assist management with ad-hoc financial analysis, business performance reviews, and strategic projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and financial governance standards.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, business analysis, or operational finance roles.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, cost analysis, and KPI monitoring.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and financial modeling analysis.
- Experience in handling large datasets and preparing management reports.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
- Candidates with experience in logistics, e-commerce, FMCG, or high-volume operational industries are preferred.
- Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be an added advantage.English Level
