• Job Description

  • Collaborate with project functional managers and teams to develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Act as a contact window between internal & external stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and action items, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of developments.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and work proactively with teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resource Coordination: Assist in allocating and managing resources effectively to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance Support: Ensure that project deliverables meet company quality standards and client expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Calculate product costs by allocating direct materials, direct labour, and Manufacturing overhead expenses based on volume, UPH, rate.
  • Analyse variances between standard costs and actual costs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare cost reports (PPT) and summaries for review and gap analysis as improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
