• Job Description

  Job Purpose:
  The Account Executive (AP / AR / Treasury) is responsible for managing the company's accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions to ensure accurate financial records, timely payments and collections, and effective cash flow management. The role supports project and development operations by handling vendor payments, tenant billings, loan drawdown submissions, banking coordination, and financial reconciliations. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders, banks, vendors, and customers to maintain financial accuracy, support funding requirements, and contribute to the smooth execution of finance and accounting operations.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accounts Payable:
  • Verify subcontractor and vendor invoices against contracts, POs, and certified work done
  • Record invoices into accounting software, prepare payment vouchers and process vendor payments
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
  
  2. Accounts Receivable:
  • Prepare and issue AR invoices in accordance with contract terms
  • Monitor tenant payment status and follow up on any overdue amounts.
  • Record receipts and reconcile against tenant accounts.
  
  3. Treasury / Loan Drawdown:
  • Prepare loan drawdown requests and supporting documentation for submission to the bank
  • Liaise with the bank on drawdown timing, documentation queries, and facility conditions
  • Monitor cash flow position against upcoming payment obligations
  • Maintain and update bank outstanding listing, payment obligations, and related schedules
  
  4. Other:
  • Support month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and other finance functions as needed
  • Support general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
