• Job Description

  - Organize transportation activities for the company, including imports and exports, managing information from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, arranging required services, and reviewing freight rates.
  - Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments and to track goods through logistics pathways so they reach destinations on schedule.
  - Prepare logistics documents related to shipments and couriers including:
  - Reports/summaries for SST, Insurance, Packing & MIDA, and Form D
  - Update freight costs for each shipment by courier, air, and sea
  - Maintain soft and hard copies of export and import shipment records.
  - Compare prices and negotiate with forwarders on transportation rates and related logistics services to control expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
  - Promote ISO 9001 and other relevant quality and product standards and certifications maintained by the company.
