■ Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Production Engineering Executive (Member Level) to support production engineering operations at our EMS (PCBA) manufacturing facility in Malaysia. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production, stable equipment performance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.■Key Responsibilities - Support daily operations of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production lines- Assist in process design and production readiness for new product introductions- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance under supervision of senior engineers- Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities and prepare related reports- Support and improve line changeover and setup efficiency- Conduct data collection and basic analysis to identify and reduce production downtime- Assist in debugging and stabilizing production for new product launches- Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) and cost-reduction projects- Monitor and record equipment performance, proposing improvement ideas- Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently- Provide technical support to operators and assist in training activities when needed- Manage spare parts requests and maintain proper documentation- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve production issues and support reporting to headquarters
