• 工作内容

  - Organize transportation activities for the company, including imports and exports; manage information from point of origin to delivery, orchestrate transportation movements, arrange required services, and review freight rates.
  - Prepare logistics documents related to shipments and couriers, such as:
  - Reports/summaries for SST, Insurance, Packing & MIDA, and Form D
  - Updates on freight costs for each shipment via courier, air, and sea
  - Maintain soft and hard copies of export and import shipment records
  - Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments and track goods through logistics pathways to reach destinations on schedule.
  - Compare prices and negotiate with forwarders on transportation rates and related logistics services to control expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
  - Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
  - Promote ISO 9001 and other relevant quality and product standards and certifications maintained by the company.
