Job Description
• Human Resources (25%)
Review payroll and ensure accuracy
Review EA forms and ensure accuracy
Maintain HR records and compliance
Support recruitment, on/off boarding, and staff training
• Administration (75%)
Manage company documents, resolutions, and records
Coordinate approval workflows and internal processes
Monitor licenses, statutory deadlines, and compliance
Liaise with external parties (auditors, tax agents, company secretary)
Support management reporting and internal coordination
Support on expatriate-related matters
Support on ad hoc matters
• Role Function
Act as checker role before CFO / Director approval
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth internal processes
Bridge communication between departments and management
Qualifications
Requirement
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Over 6 years relevant experience in HR and Administration (multi-function)
・Strong knowledge of Malaysian HR practices
■ ADVANTAGES
・Degree HR / Business or related
・Japanese language skill or experience working in Japanese company are advantage
■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
・Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
・Comfortable working in hierarchical structureEnglish Level
