  • Job Description

    • Prepare and manage group financial reporting and consolidation for head office
    • Handle Transfer Pricing (TP) reporting and documentation
    • Support JSOX compliance and internal control reporting
    • Review and monitor monthly tax provisions and annual tax submissions
    • Approve and oversee payment transactions
    • Maintain and update approval documents and workflows
    • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
    • Support management and group financial reporting
    • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    ・Over 3 years of managerial experience
    ・Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / CPA / MIA member)
    ・Strong knowledge in financial reporting, taxation, transfer pricing and consolidation

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Power BI is an advantage)
    ・ERP experience (SAP preferred)

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
    ・Good communication and interpersonal skills

    ** Candidates with strong technical skills and exposure to group or regional reporting are welcome
