1 To manage the Company's personnel policies & procedures and advice the Management on the current labour practices and legislations.
2 To co-ordinate the Recruitment and Selection programme within the Company, ensuring where appropriate, that high calibre employees are selected and recruited.
3 To prepare and review plans for manpower requirement of the Company as per advice of the management.
4 To maintain contact with difference sources of labour
5 To arrange selection of candidate as per standard set by management and interview from time to time for selection of employees.
6 To prepare induction plan and implement the same for all new recruits and job changes
1 To be one of the negotiators in collective bargaining agreements with the union.
2 To oversee the dispute resolution involving employees, management, unions, government agencies, other firms, etc. Advising management on issues regarding union-management relations, such as contract negotiations.
3 To extend participation and advice other Managers to redress day to day human problems at floor level and to uphold inter-personnel and superior subordinate's relationship.
4 To settle employee grievances and review system for handling grievances at difference level of staff.
5 To handle all types of disciplinary actions relating to personnel and maintain close and direct contact with the managers in dealing with the actions.
6 To collect information’s and to survey over the attitude and moral of the work force with the assistance of other Heads at large under a prescribed discipline as a continuous process.
7 To ensure a strict but fair disciplinary standard procedure, to maintain the good and strong employer-employee relationship.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
1 To develops and administers training programs for employees, assesses training and development needs for organisations, helps individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, creates training manuals, presents in-person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness.
2 To promote and assist AGM to lead the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans, employee development programs and Performance Improvement Programs.
3 To determines an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation or on boarding, management development, production cross-training, the measurement of training impact, and training transfer.
4 To assists executive with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants
5 To ensure schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrolment.
6 To manages costs for all programmes, productions, and publications in order to report to organisation executives regarding a return on investment.
1 To monitor salary review on yearly increments and promotion exercise.
2 To assist AGM & Director to budget annual wage payment and to monitor changes from time to time.
3 To ensure payment of wages to the employees in time via payroll management.
4 To administer and control deduction of wages for unauthorized absence, leave, loss and damage as per provision of the payment of wages act and Company rules.
5 To review annual total salary and benefits structure so they are comparable with operational budget plan.
1 To update and maintain the Company's overall organization chart and structure so as it is effectively operating within the intended lines of authority.
2 To review on staff development, grievance and analyse on staff turnover report.
3 To make a comparative survey to the Company's terms and conditions to create job satisfaction.
PERIODICAL / OCCASIONAL DUTIES
1 To attend meetings with outside agencies from time to time such as NSILC, MEF, Health Dept., Labour Dept., Industrial Relations, Income Tax, PEMADAM, HRDF, MPS, Police Dept. and other professional institution.
2 To coordinate company's event
3 To practice the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) widely throughout the organization.
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent
- At least 10 years experience in Human Resource management and has a minimum 5 years experience as a Human Resource Manager
- A good exposure and experience in handling a national union or at least an in-house union
- Knowledgeable and experience in handling IR related matters
- Good communication skills in handling matters of any conflicts and dialogue sessions with all levels of employees
- Work experience in manufacturing company which number of staff is more than 200
Salary Package : RM 8,000 - RM 10,000
