    Company Profile:
    This is a fast growing cosmetic and skin care brand. They have entered the Malaysia market and grow rapidly in 1 year time into 200 employees company

    Location: Petaling Jaya

    Job Scope:
    Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day workflow of subordinate staff in the HR department.
    Payroll process checking
    As requested by the Manager, conducts or assists with performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
    Assists the Manager with employment actions, including discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
    Duties/Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment Management
    - Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, hiring and managing the hiring process
    - Manage the Empaneled Recruitment Agency. Also, evaluate potential new Service Providers.
    - Manage the relationship with Job Portals and explore better synergy.

    2. Talent Acquisition Process
    - Responsibility for full recruitment life cycle across all functions as per SOP.
    - Ensure the team implements the Recruitment Plan as per the Monthly/ Annual Operating Plan.
    - Ensure the formulation and implementation of a cost-effective Recruitment Plan.
    - Ensure that the Job Requisition Forms are completed for all positions sourced – New/Replacements.
    - Sourcing candidates through Internal Job Postings and evaluating Function/Region Transfer options.
    - Sourcing candidates across Recruitment Database, Job Portals, social media, Employee Referrals, Job Fairs, Campus interviews etc.
    - Conducting competency-based interviews either through VC/Telephone/In-Person interactions.
    - Offer Management including Negotiation, Reference Check, Background Verification and Relationship Management.
    - Recruitment tracker management
    - Budget Management
    - Support and advise the HODs on dealing with all Employee Relations matters.
    - Manage and conduct all Employee Relations procedures with support from HR Operations on disciplinary, grievance, performance management and redundancies, Internal Complaints, conducting Exit interviews, coordinating the employee’s exit from the company and tracking status of full & final settlement.
    - Provide counselling on policies and procedures
    - Consulting with department managers over important organizational issues

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Education Background : Preferably Degree
    - Experience :3 years full cycle mass recruitment experience (or experience guiding/managing juniors) in Retail or FMCG or Beauty industry. If candidate do not have management experience, needs to have 5 years working experience in recruitment
    - Require Skill : Able to complete full cycle of recruitment and mass hiring is compulsory
    - Others: Able to read and write mandarin as the position is required to receive documents/instructions from China in mandarin
