  • Job Description

    • Oversee and manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and offboarding
    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and procedures in compliance with company standards and local labor laws
    • Manage and monitor foreign worker matters including recruitment, work permit application, renewal, cancellation, repatriation, and documentation
    • Liaise with Immigration Department, JTK, and relevant government authorities to ensure full compliance with regulations
    • Coordinate with external agents and vendors regarding foreign worker arrangements
    • Ensure proper monitoring and timely renewal of work permits and compliance-related documentation
    • Lead recruitment activities including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
    • Handle employee relations matters including grievances, counseling, and disciplinary actions
    • Oversee payroll coordination, compensation & benefits administration, and HR documentation
    • Maintain accurate employee records, HR database, and reporting
    • Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act, Immigration laws, and other relevant statutory requirements
    • Support performance management processes including confirmation and appraisal exercises
    • Handle HR administrative matters and ensure smooth daily HR operations
    • Lead and support HR audits, reporting, and compliance requirements
    • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and operational efficiency
    • Act as a proactive HR partner to management by identifying potential issues and recommending practical solutions

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with relevant experience in managerial position
    • Strong hands-on experience in managing foreign worker matters is a must
    • Experience handling full spectrum HR functions independently
    • Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act, Immigration procedures, and labor regulations
    • Experience liaising with Immigration Department, JTK, and relevant government agencies
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
    • Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
    • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
