- Record and monitor station quality anomalies, customer complaints, and claims disputes; establish issue ledgers, follow up on corrective actions, conduct re-inspections, and ensure full problem closure.- Compile quality control data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; prepare reports, review recurring issues, and provide optimization recommendations to reduce complaints and assessment deductions.- Deliver basic operational and quality control training to station staff; assist with new station opening inspections; ensure compliance with headquarters’ quality control requirements.- Coordinate with regional offices and headquarters to align on quality control initiatives; complete special quality control projects assigned by management.- Responsible for YoYi regional quality control monitoring and training for newly opened stations.
