  • Job Description

    Human Resource & Corporate Administration
    - Manage day-to-day staff, office and asset management matters.
    - Handle payroll, benefits-in-kind, claims, disbursements and other employee-related matters.
    - Prepare HR-related letters, including appointment, probation confirmation, suspension, termination, notifications and other correspondence.
    - Handle employee resignations, recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal and related HR activities.
    - Manage staff medical insurance, welfare programmes, company events and other employee engagement activities.
    - Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory requirements and HR regulations.

    Expatriate Management
    - Administer expatriate work permit applications, extensions, departures and other immigration-related matters.
    - Prepare, declare and settle expatriate personal income tax matters.
    - Ensure expatriate-related documentation and regulatory requirements are properly maintained.

    Company Secretarial Matters
    - Coordinate and administer submissions to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
    - Monitor compliance with relevant company secretarial requirements and regulations.
    - Liaise with the outsourced Company Secretary on statutory submissions, compliance and corporate secretarial matters.

    Corporate Affairs
    - Handle corporate administration and compliance matters in accordance with Malaysian laws, regulations and company policies.
    - Support management in ensuring the company remains compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Diploma in Human Resource, Corporate Administration or a related field.
    - At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in the construction industry.
    - Knowledge of Company Secretarial matters.
    - Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, statutory requirements and corporate compliance.
    - Candidates with experience handling both HR and corporate administration matters will be preferred.
