  • Job Description

    - Set up and manage the logistics network, ensuring smooth coordination across branches and departments
    - Liaise with franchise area BD and various network departments to align and execute operational tasks
    - Manage inbound delivery control: oversee delivery processes, monitor quality and standards, track execution results, and continuously optimize SOPs based on analysis
    - Control branch operation quality, including issues such as loss, suspected loss, tracking completeness, damage, and customer complaints; conduct root cause analysis and drive improvement actions
    - Develop and standardize SOPs for quality‑related issues, monitor execution, and review results for continuous improvement
    - Provide leadership and guidance to branch teams, fostering accountability and operational excellence
    - Travel to problematic branches or regions when necessary to identify challenges and implement effective solutions

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - At least 3 years of proven experience in cargo or large‑parcel express delivery operations
    - Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and influence teams across multiple branches
    - Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    - Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong communication/coordination abilities
    - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure
    - Willingness to travel when required to support branch operations
