Job Description
• To monitor, verify and coordinate end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and on time for employees
• Verify payroll-related data including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, claims, and other payroll transactions.
• Ensure accurate computation of salaries, benefits, and statutory deductions.
• To monitor and update employee payroll records within the HRIS and payroll systems.
• Manage statutory submissions and payments including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• To manage and generate staff EA Form annually.
• Coordinate the annual salary increment, bonus, promotion and reward review exercises.
• Benefit administration processing such as benefits shift allowance, medical allowance, pension, etc.
• Leave administration processing such as unpaid leave, employees returning from leave, and leave balance enquiries
• Resolve payroll-related enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• To monitor probation reviews, confirmations and annual performance appraisals.
• Oversee office administration, facilities management, company assets, insurance, tenancy, utilities, and maintenance records.
• Prepare monthly HR reports including headcount, turnover, and overtime analysis.
• To monitor Japanese Expatriate and VIP accomodation eg; housing, transport and etc
• To support the company IR & ER matter.
• Manage employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Requirement
<Requirement>
• Min. Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or any related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role in payroll.
• Well-versed in Malaysian employment laws, including the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
