  • Job Description

    • Provide administrative support to HR and Administrative department
    • Performing office clerical and administrative tasks, such as filling, answering phones, assisting in catering for the company events
    • Maintain proper records and documentation
    • Updating HR databases in a timely manner (e.g. leave, company car/HP)
    • Managing the cleaners and security guard
    • Assist in food catering for company events / training
    • Assist in any other duties and responsibilities as and when required

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Admin / HR or equivalent
    ・Computer literate: Ms Excel, Ms Word
    ・Possess own car and willing to commute to Shah Alam area

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Over 1-2 years’ working experience related to HR or Admin
