    ■ JOB SUMMARY
    Responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, benefits administration, and expatriate management.
    This role involves coordinating local staff HR matters, explaining company policies, managing expatriate documentation, and maintaining close alignment with Japan HQ.

    ■ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    ・Providing administrative services related to payroll coordination, benefits administration, housing guidelines, and allowance standards for both local employees and Japanese expatriates.
    ・Assisting with local HR operations, including employee onboarding, maintaining accurate personnel records, and administering staff welfare/benefits.
    ・Explaining company policies, guidelines, and benefits clearly to all internal stakeholders and staff members.
    ・Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation in accordance with Japan HQ compliance and local labor laws.
    ・Communicating and working closely with Japan HQ to receive and implement the latest updates on global corporate and expatriate policies.
    ・Supporting end-to-end management of expatriate logistics, such as corporate accommodations and vehicles, based on company policy.
    ・Translating official documents, internal announcements, and emails from Japanese to English and vice versa.
    ・Handling internal employee inquiries from time to time with a high level of professionalism and helpfulness.
    ・Undertaking other ad-hoc HR, administrative duties, and assignments as and when required by management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Japanese speaker fresh graduates with strong interest in HR or Administration job are welcome
    ・Must possess good Japanese skill in reading, writing and listening (N1, N2 Level)

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Several years of working experience or internship experience related to HR or Administration job will be an advantage
    ・Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
