Job Description
Job Scope:
- Develop and maintain customers in the assigned territories
- Generate new leads through calls, emails, visits, and market research
- Handle RFQ, quotation, purchase order, invoice, and delivery order process using AutoCount
- Follow up with existing and potential customers
- Promote industrial tools, measuring instruments, factory equipment, automation-related products, and Japanese industrial brands
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotation, order processing, delivery arrangement, and customer support
Sales Activity Expectation:
- Client already have existing customers in the assigned regions.
- Each Sales Executive is expected to complete a minimum of 10 sales activities every 2 weeks.
- Sales activities may include customer visits, calls, emails, online meetings, quotation follow-ups, and new lead development.
- The usual ratio between existing customer follow-up and new customer development is around 6:4 to 8:2, depending on the situation.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Minimum 1 year of industrial sales experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Malay
- Mandarin or Japanese will be an added advantage, but not compulsory
- Basic technical or engineering knowledge preferred
- Confident, outspoken, and able to communicate professionally with customers
- Must possess own car and valid driving license
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Honest, responsible, proactive, and willing to learnEnglish Level
