• Job Description

  We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Enablement to provides pre-sales technical support to the our sales team and helps prospective clients and partners understand data centers, explaining the technical features and serving as the subject matter expert on all data center products, services, and solutions to help the sales team close business deals.
  
  Responsibilities
  1. To support sales team to win deals by producing winning solutions and proposals. Task include but not limited to:
  i) Answering sales inquiries and RPF responses.
  ii) Engage and often lead sales discussions with prospects, clients, and partners (either in person or via conference calls) with Client Manager when a technical resource is needed
  iii) As a lead to provide the technical expertise through sales presentations or host tours of data center tours.
  iv) To produce proposal writeup documents, quotations, Bill of Materials and internal costing management papers
  v) To assist client to make the right decision by provided accurate information in reasonable time.
  vi) Partnering with the sales team to communicate how the proposed solution meets or exceeds client requirements.
  
  2. Serve as a technical liaison between clients and the product and operations team to ensure supportable solutions and designs.
  
  3. To coordinate and facilitate amongst internal and external subject matter experts and decision makers for the following objectives:
  i) To achieve a common goal and positive progress of a task or project.
  ii) To produce a reasonable, workable, and cost-effective solution.
  iii) To accurately convey the scope of work to project implement.
