• Job Description

  1. Production Operations & Output Management
  - Oversee daily polishing film processing operations to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.
  - Coordinate with Material Control to optimize production line utilization, changeover cycles, and material flow.
  - Drive operational efficiency (OEE), labour productivity, and scrap reduction.
  - Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and cleanroom/controlled-environment requirements.
  - Promote a strong workplace safety culture and enforce safety procedures.
  
  2. Process & Manufacturing Engineering
  - Lead manufacturing processes, including precision micro-slitting, dicing, and specialty parts assembly.
  - Lead Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) to resolve production and technical issues.
  - Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve process capability and minimize yield loss.
  - Lead production automation and digitalization projects.
  
  3. Facilities & Equipment Management
  - Establish and oversee Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and equipment calibration schedules.
  - Manage maintenance and performance of cleanroom facilities, precision slitters, dicing machines, and rewinders.
  - Oversee vendor selection, factory acceptance testing, equipment installation, commissioning, and validation.
  
  4. People Leadership & Development
  - Lead and manage production supervisors, engineers, technicians, and operators.
  - Establish SOPs, cross-training programmes, and performance KPIs.
  - Develop a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
