  1. Recruitment and Selection: Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting the best candidates for various job openings within the organization.
  2. Performance Management: Responsible for monitoring the performance of employees, providing feedback, and conducting performance appraisals.
  3. Employee Relations: Responsible for fostering good relations between management and employees, handling grievances, and resolving conflicts.
  4. Compensation and Benefits: Responsible for managing the compensation and benefits package for employees, including salary, bonuses, and employee benefits.
  5. Training and Development: Responsible for identifying the training needs of employees and developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills.
  6. Compliance: Responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all labor laws, regulations, and policies, including equal employment opportunity laws, anti-discrimination laws, and workplace safety regulations.
  7. Employee Engagement: Responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement and job satisfaction.
  8. Payroll processing: Assists with payroll processing, including maintaining payroll records, processing payroll changes, and resolving payroll-related inquiries.
  9. Deal with government (JTK/IR) and submisison for government payment (monthly).
