    Overview:
    Seeking an experienced, results-driven Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations
    Responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety compliance
    Leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, people management skills, and proactive problem-solving

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
    - Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence
    - Develop and monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workforce planning
    - Implement and maintain quality assurance and safety standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA)
    - Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and process optimization
    - Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure smooth operations
    - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management
    - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    - Minimum 5 years of production/operations management experience in heavy manufacturing industry (stainless steel/carbon steel welding, CNC machining, structural steel layout, heavy metal fabrication)
    - Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality management systems
    - Proven leadership and people management skills (20 ~ 40 staffs) with the ability to lead diverse teams

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    - Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office applications
    - Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field
    - Knowledge of DOSH / OSHA Standards
    - Professional Engineer (PEng) registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    - Excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    - Results-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
