  • Job Description

    • Responsible for accurate & timely management reporting to all stakeholders.
    • Manage and oversee the overall accounting activities from data entry to reporting.
    • Check and rectify all balance sheet items reconciliations.
    • Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax agents on all related matters.
    • Manage bookkeeping and reporting for different entities in different regions.
    • Coordinate with local finance team for audit and tax filing.
    • Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirements>
    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA) is a strong advantage.
    • Minimum 3 – 7 years of relevant work experience in accounting.
    • Familiar with overall accounting operations and knowledgeable about Malaysia tax policies.
    • Familiar in using Microsoft office and SAP.

    <Advantageous>
    • Knowledge of BOM and e-invoicing processes is an added advantage.
    • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay for effective communication and negotiations with diverse suppliers and stakeholders.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
