  ■ JOB SUMMARY
  We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior MIS Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team.
  In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting end-to-end IT infrastructure and System Integration (SI) projects across various client environments.
  This is a fantastic entry-level position where you will work closely with senior engineers to build your technical foundation.

  ■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Assist in Technical Solutioning
  Work with senior engineers to understand customer requirements and learn how to map them to technical solutions.
  Help prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and proposals for clients.
  
  2. Support Network & System Implementation
  Assist in setting up and configuring basic network settings (such as VLANs, basic routing, and firewall policies) under guidance.
  Support the deployment of servers, virtualization tools, Microsoft 365, and security layers.
  
  3. Hands-On Project Execution
  Participate in the deployment and migration of IT infrastructure for clients (e.g., helping with Microsoft 365 setups, email migrations, and website environments like WordPress).
  Coordinate with vendors and team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
  
  4. IT Support & Operations
  Provide reliable IT helpdesk and technical support (primarily in Windows environments) for internal teams and clients.
  Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
  Help maintain daily system stability and document recurring issues.
  
  5. Research & Learning (R&D)
  Explore new technologies (cloud, network, security) and assist in running Proof-of-Concept (POC) tests in a lab environment.
  Stay curious and continuously update your technical skills.
